Vent Hoses For a 74/75 A body

Hello
Was wondering if anyone knew where or if anyone might have some These Vent hoses for a 74/75 A body (in good condition). I am currently working on a project to take my 75 Dart vents and blower and transfer it over to my 74 Scamp for my AC unit. Upon removing the items I notice the Vent hoses are very brittle and are falling apart.
Are there any aftermarket replacements for these (new) or do I have to try to repair what’s left?
