I was taking my dogs out for the last time tonight, and I looked up in the sky and saw something very interesting. Three stars evenly spaced in a straight horizontal line. I have never seen this before. I took a rather mediocre picture with my cell phone. The star on the right is Castor (from the constellation Gemini) the middle star is Pollux (also from Gemini) and on the left is the planet Mars. It is very rare to see three celestial objects so perfectly lined up and evenly spaced. if you want to see it tomorrow night, at about 10 PM local time all you have to do is look to the west at about 45 or 50° above the horizon.
