Vibration issues 65 valiant

I have vibration problems. There is no steering wheel or dash vibration seems all be in the front seat area and you can hear some noise. Car has new tires and shocks but vibration was there before these changes. Also have had the wheels balanced. Thank You for any ideas/fixes.

I second that, or more likely the ball and trunnion since its an early A body!!
