Vinyl decal scratches repair?

I have some light scratches in a tape stripe. They look like somebody used rubbing compound or something.

How can I repair this?

detail doctor if its gloss. If its semi gloss your screwed. Been there.

Worked for me on my 2006 Charger Daytona which has matte black stripes. It's not very abrasive, it's not like a regular compound. Use it by hand and not with a orbital polisher.
