Was there ever a bbp hub option with 10" front brakes?

Or do you have to swap out everything to get the bbp? View attachment 1716402344
in a word, yes.

but it depends on what you have and what you're trying to do.

if you can find a competent machine shop you can drill the hub and drum for BBP if that's what you're after. otherwise there's no BBP front drums for a-bodies.

Thanks for the reply. That's pretty much what I did in the rear with the 11" drums. My Duster currently has 1" spacer/adapters on the front converting sbp to bbp, NOT ideal but it works for the time being. Ultimately I want to do a disc conversion up front. But that's going to be down the road a bit.

Front Disks had BBP 73 up A Body. I don't know how they compare or if they would work with drums, maybe a little machining?????

B body 10 inch spindles and drums can be adapted and give you 5x4.5, using pretty much the same procedure as for converting to late discs. But if you're going to go out and source those parts, you may as well just do the disc swap instead.
Years back there was a guy around here that had the monster 11x3" taxi/cop drums on his Dart (same setup the NASCAR boys used in the day)- said it all bolted up if you used the right factory parts.
