Washer foot pump

Is this the correct washer pump for my 68
Dart ?. The mounting holes dont line up.
Floor board holes are too wide. Does anyone have a picture of theirs mounted. My manuals dont have a thing.

Do you have any more pic's? If you can, take some measurements of the bolt mismatch and report back.
