water pump and timing cover bolts

Hi, I'm installing the timing cover and water pump on my '72 340 .All I have is four 5" bolts for the water pump .

What I need to know is the lenght and amount of the other bolts .Also what kind of sealant to use on the the bolt threads that enter the cooling ports.

Bolt sizes can be found here:

I use the blue permatex RTV sealer on the bolts. Works great.
