Welding spring perches

I am almost ready to commit, but just want to make sure that for an A body, I want my perches 5 degrees down

Did you remove ones yet? If not, do one at a time and use the existing one as a guide. There’s good articles online about this method.

I did and although it is a B body rear they where at 5 degrees.

I use that article that I posted to put a B body housing in my Barracuda and we did one perch at a time so if they were at 5° just keep them there

I’ve been running it like that for five or six years with no problems

It's all done. I dug out an A body 8.75 I had stashed away and on my jig it came in at 5 degrees down. Thanks
