I have read the Holley 1920 manual here...

http://u225.torque.net/cars/SL6/docs/Holley_1920_Manual.pdf

And it shows how to do the dry float measurement and the wet fuel level measurement. However, it states that if the wet fuel measurement is not to spec, remove fuel bowl and adjust float tab to correct.

All good, except I can't seem to find what the measurement spec is for the wet fuel level.

Anybody know?

Thanks!

Brian

Depends on the specific 1920 you're working with. Should be a sheet in your carb kit with the figures for various 1920s. Carburetor operation and repair manuals and links to training movies and carb repair/modification threads are posted here for free download.

27/32" from the economizer mount to the fuel level.:read2: there are a few different settings but most call for 27/32". i would start there.:)

Thanks. Haven't got a kit yet, want to check the level as it is now on the car....kit to follow.
