What is this flywheel from?

This flywheel came in the trunk of the car that I have. I have a flywheel for my 360, so I don't need this one, just trying to figure out what it's for...

It has 144 teeth...the surface measures 13.75in and a cross measurement of the pressure plate bolt holes measures 12.50 inches.

Numbers stamped into it are 005229 and 9015

So....what's it for?

It should be 143 teeth on the ring gear, count them again to make sure. It's an 11" V8 flywheel, neutral balance most likely from a truck judging by the heavy ring cast into the back of it. Probably came off of a 318, if 9015 is the date code (not sure if it is) then its from april/1986.
