What lube for what bushings?

I wanted to know what lube i should use the differant types of bushings out there, poly, rubber, ect.

I have read bits here and there but no real comparisons.

any info welcomed!

Your not supposed to lube any rubber bushings, but if it sounds like an 50s era couch, like mine does in high humidity, a silicone spray or silicone grease will temporarily quieten it up8)
