Why not just swap the rear 7.25 for a 8.25? Much safer than adaptors and if you wanted you could also adapt the 8.25 to rear disc brake quite easily.

Make sure to buy billet aluminum and not cheap cast aluminum. I ran a set for years and they are just as safe as any aluminum wheel. I got mine off eBay for 70 a pair.
