Wheel tire and hubcap

Can anyone tell me what wheel, tire and hubcap on this 69 barracuda build sheet please

T11= 6.95x14 WSW tires, W18 = 14"simulated mag. wheel cover 69/70 -or- wire wheel cover 69abody.

Guessing the wheels are 14x5.5

I am no expert, but the build sheet does not seem to tell the whole story. Maybe someone else can figure it out. Or perhaps the factory had the option to put on whatever they had. But you won't see very many wire wheel covers on Barracudas.

Wouldn't it be 2881787 wire cover for 1969?
