where r the front seatbelt mounts 67cuda?

got the car shell, and a bunch of of boxes with parts. I've almost completed the restoration,up to the interior. I can't seem to figure out how to attach the front seatbelts (bucket seats). i know it should be obvious, but there are no holes where the frame would be,or even in the sheet metal. there are notches by the door rails,which may have had mounting hardware, i'm not sure. any feed back will be appreaciated. Thanks JT
 
Heres a pic of Nella's car for reference. The mounts are just holes located on the hump and side rail of the body, where a shoulder bolt passes through the seatbelts and into the threaded hole in the body. Hope this helps, Geof

seat belts were mandated by the government to be installed in 68 and all cars built after that ... so you may not even have the holes in the floorpan
so i would use the pics above to guide you to where to drill (and reinforce)
