Will a Dakota digital cluster fit in a 69 Dart?

I got into looking for gauge options for my 69 Dart and I came across the Dakota digital gauge cluster and really liked the way they looked. I know they are pricey and are supposed to only fit B body's but Hey I'm down for a challenge. I want to know if its possible to run this in my Dart. Does anyone have the dimensions of the original cluster so i could see if it could even fit. how different is the Hole for the cluster in a B body vs an A body. Any ideas or opinions will be appreciated thanks.

Based on the size of the cluster, it’s possible it could be refitted into the Dart’s bezel. You might contact their Custom section as I suspect they could do the retro fit.

I was going to use a 66 Barracuda cluster in my 65 Dart wagon as it had an oil pressure gauge. I contacted their custom section who said they could convert my cluster to their digital gauges, the only option at that time.

I have one in my 68 that I’ll sell. I bought the car with it in, but want to return it to original. Fits fine.

I have not yet done a switch yet but I’m pretty sure I’m going to go with this gauge cluster that they sell on rock auto and throw show Marshall gauges in there from ebay.
