Will these fit? 71' Duster

Will these fit a 71' Duster original without having to alter anything so it doesn't scrub etc. etc.?

They may actually bolt to the hub, but the offset is setup for a front wheel drive. The backspacing would be huge.

100mm bolt circle is NOT the same as 4".

Haha yeah, not sure why I thought it was 4 inches...Thanks to the help of Tom I went with Outlaw II's since I'm limited in what I choose.
