Will these fit on a 1968 Dart?

I'm wanting to go with the new American Racing Vector SE rims(If you havn't seen these think General Lee) and I'm wondering will these different sizes fit?

Front:15x7 with 4 inch backspace and no offset

Rear:15x8.5 wih 5 inch backspace and +6mm offset

What tire would you recommend?

oh and if anyones wondering yes I'm buying a spring relocation kit and am willing to widen the wheelwells. I'm also willing to shorten the axle tubes if nessecary.
