Will they fit?

The rear will clear for sure. The fronts probably, but it will be close. I ran 265/50R15 in the rear and 215/70R14 in the front when I first got my Dart Sport. My gut feeling is you should be fine is your car is stock height or higher.
 
My fronts are 2356014 & rear are 2456014. No problems with Outlaw 2's. Not exactly a definitive answer but I don't see why not.

I have 235/60R14 on 6" wide cragar S/S on the back of my '68 dart and they fit just fine with room to spare.
 
Yes they will fit, They are kinda big for the stock rim though. Rallye's are only 5.5" wide stock steel wheels are 4" wide I think. I had 225-70-14s on my 71 Dart.
