Hi...does the wiper/washer knob on a 1975 Scamp just pull off???...Marla

yes it just pulls off.
There is a small spring clip that apply pressure to hold it onto the post of the switch make sure it doesn't come off when removing the knob.

Yep, give it a good tug.... er... the knob.... I mean the wiper switch knob....
