The 440-C isn't made any more is it?
Do you think opening up the EZ intake ports to max wedge size would help the lower lift flow any?
My SB fixture is 4" and my BB fixture is 4.5", but I have an insert to make the SB 3.8" and one for the BB that goes down to 4.25"
Nope, here is that very test. The first column is a stock port and the second is the same port after removing the "hook" at the top of the port opening.

So have you done "everything" to them yet? Like 2.25 valve and such?
Thanks. Do you typically use the 4.25 or 4.5? What priorities determine which bore you use?
If you are refering to these flows, this is is with the stock 2.19 valve and the only thing I did was open the port right by the intake manifold opening. Nothing else was touched.
IF you are refering to the 372 cfm, it is with a larger valve, but I would hesitate to say the port was finished. It was my first attempt to get maximum flow from the EZ and the only EZ port I ever worked before checking on the answer to your question about lower lift flows.
Go with the EZs. I have confused the issue by pushing the RPM and Stealth heads way beyond where they were ever ment to go.
If the 2954 is bolted to a full Max Wedge port, the top of the port will have about 1/8" sealing surface. You can physically open the 2954 to MW, but again, 1/8" sealing at the top of the port and the roof of the port will be 1/8" or less. That is the reason for the Super Victor.
First tests of the Indy EZ exhaust.
1st column, Stock EZ no pipe. 2nd column, Stock EZ w/ 2" pipe. 3rd column, ported no pipe. 4th column, ported w/ 2" pipe.

Wow that is some serious exhaust flow for stock location ex. port isnt it?

I'm not one to hyjack as thread. But since there are so many head experts on one thread, I have to ask you all a question. I'm building a 68 NSS Dart and I have a 470 Low deck short block for it, I have to ask the experts on which head i should use. The short block has Wiesco flat tops and is zero deck. I wanted to use Stage VI heads since I have a STR-14 with three tops for it. But I can allways look for a STR-15 if i good with a different set of heads. I still need to buy the cam for it so that really won't be a factor on which heads I use. Again I apologize for "butting in on your post" But I had to ask.
what kind of headers are on the engine being dyno`d in the pic? looks like something I might be interested in for use w/ an aftermarket front suspension (magnum force)
