How many CURRENT owners of real '74 360 Duster 4 speed cars on here?

-
Dang, got logged out while I was eating dinner and lost my post. Looks like the answers I was going to give got given, either way. I don't think the dual snorkle aircleaner is stock, nor the 9.25 axle, but maybe he meant 8.25? Either way, it would be neat to see some pictures.

I forgot about this thread and didn't run across it until now.
Yeah, i know it's rough!
The tears in the floor are from some Vega seats with some stupid mounts attached to them. The block off plate on the hump and the hole is from a b&m automatic shifter, so that explains the floor. The wiring is a joke.
The automatic pedal that replaced the 4 speed pedals is definitely not original!
The hole is still in the dash for the reverse light.
I bought this car in Medicine Hat Alberta in '91 with good paperwork as it sits now.
It's not very rusty at all. It also is a built for Canada and sold in Canada car, i guess that makes it even rarer. 1186 built for U.S. how many for Canada?
As amazing as it sounds, one of the things i don't like about the car is the fact that it's red. I sure wish it was dark green though, that's my favorite color.

Does anyone have a good picture of a 73-74 Duster hood black out. Mainly looking for the cowl area.

Here is a 1974 Gold Duster we used to have. 360 4speed fold down back seat sunroof Duster with every imaginable option. But sadly a tree fell on it and missed our nothin special 1974 Valiant 4 door. :wack:

i'm not exactly sure to be honest.i don't really care for a bodies but my dad needed some cash and didn't want to just take it so he gave me the car.i wouldn't mind keeping it for a little while though.

I've got a fake one... :D

by the way, does anyone have any interior parts that they'd like to sell?i need all the interior plastics for this thing.i am interested in fixing it up and driving it,but if 'm going to do it i'm going to do it right.although i prefer b and e bodies,i will treat this resto like it is a factory hemi car because it was my fathers.i don't want to pay $1,000,000 for the parts, but price isn't really a concern.i will never sell it since it was my dads.also, does anyone know who can rebuild the sunroof for me?

blue.i'd be happy with any color.i'm not 100%,but i think they make they blue dye for the plastics right?anyway, anything at all would be appreciated.

I know that this thread is not the most popular, but I have an upline on a 74....VIN VS29L4G......

Date of manufacture 2-74! One month before I was born. Cool!

I am waiting on the fender tag. If it checks out, I might have a future fun car. 360 4 speed sounds fun! I only want a factory 4 speed 360 car though. I like them like I like my steaks....rare baby!

Keep us posted. If you buy it I can add your name to the list!

Brings up a question for the owners of these rare cars.

I know that some '74 Dusters came without the 5 mph bumper, I've got a buddy with the '73 bumpers. Mine has the shocks on the bumpers, does anyone have a 4 speed car without them?

I like this thread and wish I could find one now after reading about these. I have always like the 360 cars and had a chance to buy a Cuda original 360 car but was in really bad shape.

I will keep my eye out for any 360 cars in my area.
