Stop in for a cup of coffee

I wish I could have kept my 65 (back in about 70). One of about a dozen. I didn't know back then though. 65 Dart 270 sedan (post car) with a HP 273 and a 3 speed on the column. it was white with a red interior. The prev. owner added a spray on black top. It was a sharp car back in the day and would just boil that 13" bias ply tire on the right rear. A real fun car for a 16 year old. LOL

I always wanted one of these...

I'd love to take that '64 and drop in a modern 300 hp 3.6L Pentastar V6 with the 8 speed auto behind it plus the all modern front suspension and IRS in the back.

Eh hemi

The engine compartment is too small and I would want the car to have the better balance from the weight of the 3.6L. Those engines are fantastic.
Those things held max wedges....

Dang there's a lot going on here. 21 new photo garages since I last looked.

My friend (Mopar Joe) built a 440 with just shy of 500 horse. His 70 Bee acts like King Kong. In fact he blew a planetary out of his 727 a few weeks ago. A billet piece is in it's place now.

Hey let's do a shot! I just tipped over 20,000 posts! Cheers.
Been lurking for a few weeks... love the banter of this group... sub group... or whatever. The exchange with the young ones intrigued me. It could have gone many ways. Cheers to some classy motorheads! I will raise a glass . ( Knob Creek) on this Friday night.

just got up off my back from an axle swap and checked in.
keep it greasy so it'll go down easy.
