Finally bit the bullet and picked up a new toolbox. This one is a 42 inch as compared to my old 24 inch Craftsman. Looking forward to getting all my tools in one place.
ive looked at the Kirkland's. Curious to see how you like it when you get the thing fully loaded with tools in terms of how well the slides work. Very curious. Finally bit the bullet and picked up a new toolbox. This one is a 42 inch as compared to my old 24 inch Craftsman. Looking forward to getting all my tools in one place.

better than my craftsman, its only rated at 25 lbsI'll have to let you know once I get everything transferred over. The drawer slides are supposed to be rated at 100 lbs., which is as much as any of the others I looked at were rated. I did a lot of research before buying, and this one seemed like the best value for the money. This thing is built like a tank. The bottom weighed 250 lbs. and the top weighed 150 lbs. Not to mention, I really like the black wrinkle finish!
