Ya know that Wagon would be a real hoot with one of them 427 Windsor stroker motors in it. Just tell those curious onlookers "It's just a 289" Other than the deck being higher by 3/4" can't tell them apart

Snowy morning out here today. Spray foam insulation is nuts out here, almost 30k 15 years ago for my 40x60. I just run a propane torpedo heater when I'm out there in the winter.

 I was in charge of fueling and lighting them up around my dad's ready mix concrete plants during Christmas vacations  It got me gas for my mini bike, so it wasn't a bad deal

Well, it looks like the party is over. They all left. Most of them in a taxi. That's good, cause they are checking things here lately. Now time to lay down with the lady.

Got a little bit done with the defrost duct. But im thinking it may cause problem with the wipers. So im test fitting them to make sure everything clears. I may use some exhaust hose, the stuff that you connect to tailpipe and out through shop door. I have 4 lengths and only use 1.

My power wagon after the 4” lift. Wish i kept the Ramcharger. The snowbank photo was where it died, i didnt get the fuel pump eccentric bolt tight enough. Made it into 4 wheel and off road magazine for stuck of the month.

insurance? why so hard?
Because of wild fire claims, almost every insurance company in California has stopped writing new policy's and refusing to renew existing policy's.. ALL the big company's are included....there are millions of homes that CANNOT get insurance except thru the CA company. AND that coverage is crappy and expensive....VERY expensive... Google Brush score...

New home buyers are not qualified for there new homes because they cannot get insurance......

Regardless, the result for consumers is clear: With fewer insurers signing new policies, California homeowners are having a tough time finding coverage. And because having insurance is generally required for getting a mortgage, the insurance problems make it more difficult for Californians to purchase homes.Aug 31, 2023

Why is it so hard to get homeowners insurance in California?

"Insurance companies need to remain profitable enough to comply with state law and to pay out the claims of their existing customers, but this has proven to be increasingly difficult in recent years due to wildfire losses and other factors," said Angele Doakes, senior manager of property and casualty insurance strategy ...Dec 12, 2023

With all the claims lately, the insurance industry has gone bonkers. Andy's insurance carrier wouldn't cover the new house he was looking at if it had a 15 year old roof on it.

Yep and the major companies are spreading out their losses from claims out west to the rest of the country. My car insurance rates went up 78 percent… from one month to the next. With no warning, no claims. I’m shopping for new insurance and it’s all stupidly high
