A HV pump will not suck a stock pan dry...that is complete BS....I have a stock pan and an HV pump with a windage tray and have NEVER had a pressure or any problem with the oiling system......you are right that it isn't needed unless you are running bigger clearences but that BS flying around...

Exactly my thoughts.....it should have been fixed within a week or how ever long it tokk to be shipped back to them. The only way I buy anything from them (Layson's) is if they are at the show or swap meet and have it on hand. Cash and Carry is the only way to keep your sanity with those jokers.

You need a bigger pump squirter......it needs more fuel off the line to take up for the lean condidtion you are causing by opening the throttle all the way up.

I had some on my Duster..they rode okay but they leaked in just over a year....maybe I had a bad set or the abuse at the track busted the seals on the front shocks but I won't buy another pair.

Hemi scoop on a dart....it looks much better cause of the squared off body lines....thats why the 6-pack scoop looks better on a Duster cause of the curvy lines.

No on the A-pillar and even if they did it wouldn't matter cause I am using a 2-5/8" gauge and the pillar pods use the 2-1/16" gauges.

Autometer still makes the angle rings and I have some but my the back of my 6-pack scoop isn't tall enough to fit a 2-5/8" gauge I don't think but that is a cool idea and I will look at that option tonight. Thanks.

if the filler neck opening is on the left (drivers side) it look exactly like the one that came with my '73 Duster.

I painted mine as well...but I used Eastwood's Argent Silver on mine. I like the painted look. I even painted my tail light bezels to match the bumpers. Yours look great with the new paint job.

I run the same filter as Chuck......1348 is the napa number. It's also the same filter that the Neon uses.
