This is the first I have heard of using type F. I have used dex/merc. I thought the atf 4 superseded the dex/merc for the mopar crowd. Just asking cause I'm hopefully a few months away from firing her off for the first time.

I have met him he is a great guy and I have a few buddies that have had transmissions built by him as well and they both spend time at the drag strip ad well on the street. And there trannys haven't had any problems and they have no complaints. Don't know why I didn't think of him first, Aj

There is a shop in Stockton called Clutches & More. The guy is really knowledgeable and a cool guy. I have had him do work on multiple cars for me and he has always been very reasonable.

Also look in the new hemi swap forum there is tons of info and knowledgeable guys to answer all questions you would have.

You could use the motor and it depends on what trans.you want.to use. You are really close by me I live in Richmond and.work in Pinloe. Nice to see another moose guy in the area. By the way I'm doing a 5.7 hemi swap on my 72 demon and should by.close to running early next year.

Thanks Burntorange70, I would like to run 17 inch wheels as well for the street. How wide of a 17 can I run? What kind of backspacing would I be able to run. I also have some 15 inch wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing that I want to run slicks on as well. Would I be able to fit a 275/60/15...
