M&H makes the harnesses and sells them thru year one. They are factory replacements with all the colors and proper connectors.

I’ve bought the Ron Francis “mopar” kit and it was way too overwhelming for my electrical experience. I bought an M&H factory replacement one and wow it is very nice. I’d shell the extra money if it was me.

Was the oddball idler arm a 67 A body only item, or did B and C bodies also get them?

1967 has a one year only idler arm so replacing that can be spendy.

I haven’t used any hydraulic spec tubing made in China in years. Most used to come from Germany then the tariff ruined that. Most comes from the Netherlands now, and the worst and dirtiest we would use comes from India.

As someone who’s been working in manufacturing for over the last decade. I can say the quality of fittings and products I get doesn’t matter where they come from, I make hydraulic tubes for big equipment. China USA, Canada it’s all pretty much junk with no QC.

I’d check the bulkhead connections and the coil. I’ve had issues with hot coil killing engine then runs fine after sitting for awhile.

My 67 Belvedere had a 340 4 spd out of a 69 barracuda mostly stock. It went pretty darn good.

I just looked up spark plug for a 1969 340 on there. It popped up the same NGKs. I’m content been running them a decade on this engine.

Outer left is loose. Inner left is tighten

I used the eastwood red engine paint on my 65 Dart 273. It turned out pretty good I didn’t use all the eastwood prep stuff they recommend. After about 5 years it looks good still some peeling spots. Dustin
