Typically you have to machine a bit to get the drum to separate from the hub, you'll just put the hub and drum on as an assembly.

I would find someone parting a 66 and replace the whole thing...if it's that bad you'll probably have the floor out to replace it, i'm guessing...so it would probably be easier then trying to piece it back together with patches..

Took a minute to fool around and the chrome ring comes out along with the acrylic disc and you can add a logo. Even a small decal would work. Yours has a different horn switch on it. You'll have to remove the switch so we can see the wheel hub. You may need my horn switch also.
