The plug is just below the Distributor hole. Two inches down facing toward the front of the engine. Use a flashlight and mirror if the engine is still in the car. The plug is left out by non-Mopar engine builders. Left out and you will have little to no oil pressure. Like these guys said...

In 1970 the water pump outlet to the radiator changed from the drivers side to passenger side. You will need a new water pump and/or radiator. Your 318 radiator won't be enough to cool the 340.

Without the original 2.02 J heads you can forget about 10:5 compression(really 10.1 if you are lucky) and all that other stuff. If that piston is really stuck then you will have to pound it out(down not up) which will require a sleeve in that cylinder anyway. And most likely you will have to go...
