I have two fans. A 16 inch clutch fan and a 16 inch fixed fan. The fixed fan was on a 273 and the clutch fan I used on a 340.

Here are some pictures of my cooling system. It worked well and never had an overheating problem, even in 95 plus degree weather. It is a 16 inch 7 blade clutch fan with the shroud and an AC cast iron water pump.

Oh, I have a fan shroud for a 22 inch radiator also.

Yes ring and pinions are sold in a set. That would be a very noisy differential with mismatched parts.

I have two hubs with the rotors still attached. The rotors only have about 1000 miles on them. They have new studs and come with the bearings too.

Keep checking Ebay. I found a new one in the box on fee bay and got it for a $150 a few years ago. You can still find deals on there but you have to be patient. Oh and make sure you get the one with the angled bypass hose fitting. A lot easier to hook up if your using a LA water pump.

What size fan are you using? I assume you have a 22 inch radiator too.
