Up for sale is my 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger with 91,000 original miles. I'm the third owner having spent 6 great years with this car. It was voted Tahoma Senior High's coolest car of 2007, has helped me win 3 sportsman bracket racing track championships (2 at Renegade Raceway in Yakima, 1 this...

You are correct...None available for the '70 Swingers though unless it was a 340. *Bump*

    1970 Dart Swinger

The simple explanation is that 340 Swingers came with dual scoops in 1970...Slant Six and 318 Swingers didn't come with the scoops. Most people who restore '70 Swingers will put that option on themselves, regardless of which engine the car came with from the factory. To the OP: Beautiful car...

    1971 Plymouth Valiant Scamp $7500

Beautiful car, very fair price IMO (considering all the upgrades). If I may ask...What is the paint color? EF6, EF7, or EF8 perhaps? Just wondering as I plan on repainting my Dart soon with a yet-to-be determined dark green. Thanks and best of luck with the sale!

i hate to do it but i have to

Keep the car...Trust me. In a span of 6 years that I have owned my Dart, way too many good memories to even consider selling it. Sure it costs a few bucks to upkeep and a whole lotta money to upgrade...But in the end I couldn't have it any other way.

I am suprised that this car is bid up this high

Nice car IMO...Little things needed to make it 'correct'. To be fair currently my '70 Dart has the '70 inner grille and '71 outer grille (will be replaced when repainted next year), but yet nobody outside of the A-body community even notices.

Help me buy my first demon.

Way too much...I paid $2700 for my nice rust-free '70 Dart...Sure it's just a slant six car, but more than likely a 318 or slant six would get tossed anyways. $1000 or close to would be appropriate.
