    Need some info/help

I’m doing HotRod Dragweek this year in my Demon. We swapped heads and to Isky iron rockers and I’m trying to measure for new pushrods. The engine has a hydraulic .509 in it and I can’t seem to find the pre-load number for the lifters anywhere. Can someone please tell me what it is supposed to be?

    Radiator hoses

That’s the same hose as the Gates 20558. I currently have that hose and that’s he same hose Moms Duster used.

    Radiator hoses

Thanks Andy, I’m not aware of any rad shops here that do anything like that. For that matter most of the old school rad shops around here shuttered years ago.

    Radiator hoses

Good idea I conveniently have this short section I cut off the upper I can open up and use if needed. I’m also going to continue to look for other lower hoses to see if I can find one with a different route.

    Radiator hoses

That helps to see that, the strut rod is exactly what I was worried about. I looks like you have an aftermarket k member though, hopefully I don’t have clearance issues on my factory one.

    Radiator hoses

I wound up ordering the Gates 20558 and Gates 20875. MD I am curious if you recall the trimming you did to get the lower one to work? I put it down in there today and I don’t see it working at all. The Gates 20875 needed about 4” cut off the radiator side but fits perfectly otherwise.

    Radiator hoses

BB Demon and I have switched the water pump housing and radiator. The top hose now goes to passenger side and the bottom to drivers side. Does anyone know what hoses I should get?

    Temperature sensor

So based on your statement then I was correct, the sender can and should go in that tiny hole on the drivers side of the pump housing?

    Temperature sensor

Thanks, for that pic that’s part of what I’ve been looking for was the location. My guess was clearly wrong but it gives me a location to find the size for

    Temperature sensor

Not what I’m looking for but thanks for the reply. I’m pretty sure I need Dakota Digital’s sensor Sen-04-1 but no one seems to be able to confirm this. I am also pretty sure it goes in the far right (far right of pic) port on the top of housing.

I’m trying to order a Dakota digital temperature sensor for my electric fan controller and have had no luck finding someone that can tell me which one will fit my big block housing. So two questions, Firstly where does it go? Second anyone have a part number for the correct one? I know for a...

Would any of you mini tub guys mind sharing pics of the mini tubs? I need to tub the Demon one way or another and would like info. Just realized 33 pages in I have never posted my 72 Demon 451" stroker. 727, 8.75 with 3.91 As I bought it way back in 94, it was so beat the hood and roof were...
