You are correct, no CEL. Exhaust is free flowing. Intercooler is in front of the radiator, looked at it the best I could, don't see any obstructions. While back a piece of a tarp got sucked up in front of the Intercooler. Truck still ran at its normal temperature so I don't know if some bent...

Lack of maintenance is what is going on. Have never seen a vehicle that has had the brown gunk circulating...it always rises to the top...suspect that the coolant is more dense than the sludge. Don't be surprised if a freeze out plug or two fails soon...

Do a net search for Tefba. "Smart Phone" won't allow me to cut & paste. This thing goes in the upper hose. If it can be positioned right no coolant draining is necessary. Heads up, it ain't "cheap", both in the $$ department or quality

Yup...if you do convert it....might want to look into changing the condenser....and putting a fan on it....I did on 3 different vehicles that I did the swap on....made a noticeable difference...

Two smaller fans on a shroud of some sort will probably get you better results than a bigger one hanging off the fins.... this is the plan for our car....if I get to it before being put on a shelf some place....if this has already been mentioned sorry for repeating it....

Something similar to THIS and a couple of rubber elbows. If you need it with 2 different sizes just take this to a muffler shop and have them "swedge" or what ever the hell it is called to the right size.

Worried about it boiling could always use Evans Waterless Coolant , has an advertised boiling point of 375* @0psi.....
