My cable for brake distribution block is missing. What is the routing of this cable, I assume it ends up at the brake light switch and what does this thing actually do.

Anyone know what these button like connectors are called. Need to find some and dont know what they are described as. Copper thing im talking about not the whole socket.

I have swapped my 3 spd wiper motor to a 2 spd on my 73 Duster so it wont interfere with Distributor. If I now buy a 2 spd switch is there a harness I can purchase to simply plug it all in or will I have to wire it. Not very good with wiring so prefer the harness option if available.

Hooked up a MSD 6AL to my Duster but left the Tach hooked up thru the coil. The needle now goes crazy jumping around. Does the wire that goes from tach to the coil now get disconnected and hooked to the grey coming from the 6AL. Just want to make sure.

Try Evans Wiring Harnesses I bought an engine harness for my duster and it was a quality item with all the original plugs. They have many different harness's for your needs

1) Is it OK to run my ground strap to Aluminium head or does it have to go on engine block somewhere. I also have a 1 wire alternator and they say to have a good ground to block. 2) My original braided ground strap is stuffed. Can I replace it with a piece of battery cable.

Pulled my steering column out and the electrical connectors are junked. It was held together with a rubber band and electrical tape. Can i buy these anywhere or do i have to rewire the whole lot with different connectors.

Hi What Coil are you running with your E Curve? I have a digital E curve for my 360 I have an old MSD Blaster 2 P/N 8200 that I had lying around. There is a Blaster 3 P/N 8223 but I cant see much difference between both the coils.

My brother ran the Champion RC12LYC in his 340 and they worked well. L for being slighter longer I would suggest. I would always check they are going to work for you though. Sorry no advice on the others in your post.

Found it. There was a fault with the 3 way plug on the harness. Cut it off replaced with another one. Crimped the lugs and soldered all joints and now flashing beautifully. Now have to attack the horn which sounds like a mountain goat without a voicebox.

OK Cleaned up the ground wire on the steering column, cleaned up the ground wire on radiator support. Replaced the ground wire from negative battery to rad support. Made absoloutly no difference. I am going to break into the parking light ground and ground it directly to body. Hopefully this...

No when you turn park lights on, both the actual indicator itself and the flasher arrow on the dash go off.

So where is it grounded?.

If I have my front indicators/turn signal lights on and then I pull the parking lights on the turn signal goes out. Is this a grounding problem? and if so how are the lights grounded in a plastic grille.
