I zip screw the quarter before I welded it and after I got it welded I took the screws out and welded the holes in. Jim

Again thanks for all your imputs, I guess I'm looking to get a mirror image of the OEM quarter to the AMD quarter panel. I tried some 3M rubberized and that don't look anything like it. I will look into the sem brand and see what that looks like. Jim

You need to loosen the back bolts closest to the windshield and lift the hood and then tighten the bolts. Hope this helps. Jim

I would like it to look the same as factory.The bedliner don't let you paint over it very well. Thanks Jim

I'm sorry, I wasn't very clear. I already removed the quarter and I'm replacing it. I tried lots of spotweld cutters and I found that Blair had the best one. Here is there website. Blair Spotweld Cutters Jim

I'm replacing a rear quarter panel on my 70 swinger. I was just wondering how you guys do your spot welds? I'm thinking of drilling a 1/8 " hole and weld through that. Thanks Jim
