I run the Mancini XHDs in my '66 Dart and they sat very high, over 1"+. I ended up using them with the 1" drop hanger Mancini. They're still very soft in my opinion and I'm having poly bushing added to the rear end to stiffen it up a bit more.

^ True, I'm running solid 3/4" in the rear with no front swaybar and the oversteer has bit my *** a few times when I'm coming out of a hard turns hot. I can't wait to rip out the front end and get one in their along with some thicker torsion bars.

I'd rather get creative with the header and install than spend that kind of Green on my car. It handles fine for me. I just want it to go much faster in one direction :D

I thought the gearbox would be trouble too. I'm not opposed to cutting the fenderwells but that gearbox is a nightmare in the older As.
