It's a MP snubber - it will fit all 8 3/4 housings and a-bodies. It didn't fit my Dart because I dropped the leafs too much for its minimum height. I'm looking for cash offers at this time.

Bump - the snubber is still for sale. I'll take the best offer. It's been sitting on my floor waiting to be used by someone else. As pictured I had just bead blasted it and refinished with epoxy. It has not been installed since being redone. To make it brand new you just need a new bushing. But...

Chrysler had two models, the clutch-type and bw. The clutch type uses many little clutches to lock up the diff and the borg warner type uses two cones. As I understand the inner cone bites into the outter cone lock up the diff.

Like the title says, it was pulled from a '68 fish that was still laying down two stripes about 4 years ago. It's a good working 3rd member that was stored in AZ. The price if firm at $300. I have no problem shipping to the lower 48 states. Should be between $50 - $70 for shipping, maybe...

Yes, I have some reservations about a used chunk but I haven't found a built one that would be much less than rebuilding a bad used one. Considering I've put 3,500 miles on my '66 in 2-years even if it's very used I should still get plenty of years out of it - at least that's my hope.

Each - do you have any opinion on aubrun versus clutch type suregrips?

I've been searching for a clutch style 8 3/4 suregrip chunk in Arizona and these are the only two I've found that aren't sold before I get there. As the post reads they are Auburn style, both known to be woring. Are these things worth $350 bucks...
