Could someone provide photos of the tailgate release rod? Mine is broken on the end and the other side is twisted. Not sure how a non damaged one should look like. I will need to fabricate a new one or do some creative welding. Photos are of the original rod that I removed.

Photo showing current status. 64 Dodge GT seats are going to the upholsterer and slant 6 is in the machine shop. 4 speed completed by Passon. Wirelooms are at M&H Wire Fabricators etc. Getting back on the floor boards.
