Its not as easy as it sounds to get info sometimes with google, this person says this one, the other one says that one, the post is 4 years old ect.
Can someone tell me if there is a high quality re-usable oil pan gasket for my 79 318 that is spitting oil everywhere, I would also like to find one for my 1970 340 ( that Im gonna be putting together soon ) and would assume they would be the same gasket.
Id prefer the ease of 1 piece gaskets if thats possible
Also Im not going to ask about rear main seal replacement cause its all over the net but is there one seal that is better than another, maybe there is a best?
I figure Ill first replace the oil pan gasket in my truck and if that dosent fix it than Ill do the rear main since I cant seem to find a conclusive answer everyone agrees to on how to tell if its pan or rear main seal. Thanks
