Hey Guys, I Am Rebuilding A 74 360 That Originally Came With A 2 Barrel Carb, I Am Replacing The Carb With A 650 4 Barrel. Do I Need To Replace The Heads As Well?

No, they are the same heads.

FYI, there are 340 heads with 2.02/1.60 which are the same castings as the 360 heads mostly found with 1.88-1.60 valves. Then theres the super rare T/A - 6pac heads with moved pushrod holes to open the port.
All these heads are of basucly the same stuff.
The 273/318 heads will interchange with the above heas but have smaller port windows and valves. The only exception to this is the early 273 heads, I believe '64 and 65 have different bolt angles and smaller attaching screws.
Remember to hook up your kick down linkage BEFORE you drive it or end up with a tranny like toast!
