The car has a 76? model 400 engine and 727 trans. The car still has the original 7-1/4 rear. The engine is in running condition, could use valve cover gaskets and a good tune-up, the trans is ok, but could use a new pan gasket. There is rust underneath the battery tray, but I have another inner fender piece to patch it with included in the sale. The trunk pan and trunk extensions will need replacement. There is some rust in the front floor pans and on the lower quarters behind the rear wheels. The dash pad and defroster vents need replacement.
The engine was mounted to the k-frame using mounts from the donor car and so the mounting is non-standard and was accomplished by the previous owner. If the buyer desires, I have an unaltered /6 k-frame that could use the shumacher mounts that I would include with the car.
This car is a project, but it does run and drive and would be great for someone wanting a big block A-body. I am selling because I also have a 73 Charger SE and unfortunately I do not have the time and money to fix both cars. If you want to see more pics i can email them to you.
