changed from reg to tilt and need to change ignition key ,i have both keys how doesit get done tks gjg

Do you have a steering wheel puller and small snap ring pliers? On the non tilt, there's a plate that also covers the pin that needs to be pushed in. Once you're at this point, do not have the key in the lock, push this pin in, lock assembly will be able to be slid out. Pin hole that needs to be pushed in visible at the 11 o'clock position. This is from a truck, hopefully it's similar.

IIRC, the lock cylinders for tilt and non-tilt don't interchange. Use the lock cylinder out of the tilt column and rekey it with the door cylinders. Any locksmith worth his salt should be able to handle that.
