All right, the 383 is coming together and I would like to know what kind of horsepower and torque you guys think she'll make. Always curious to see what some of you guy who have been doing this much longer than me think. Thanks in advance!

1970 383 HP Block bored .030
KB 162 pistons sitting .030 in the hole.
.020 compressed thickness steel shim head gaskets (seems to put it around 9:1)
Crane H-278 cam: 278 Int, 290 Exh (advertised) .467 lift on the intake, .494 on the exhaust
Duration at .050- 222 Intake and 234 Exhaust
LSA- 114
stock, unported 452 heads, 2.08 intake valves, stock rockers and lifters
Edelbrock Performer intake
Holley 750, vac secondary
Schumacker Tri-Y Headers
Shiny chrome valve covers (I'm sure they're good for a few horses!)
I dont know anymore about the carb yet, still trying to buy it but i hope this is enough info

missing info, head flow numbers, cam timing numbers, exhaust after the headers.

When I was playing around with Comp Cams Dyno software I used stock 452 flow numbers I found on Moparts I believe, I'll see if I can dig them up.
Exhaust will be dual 2.5 inch with x pipe all the way back behind rear tires.

Rumble, do you mean you want to know the degrees at which the valves open and close? I had a page bookmarked with the exact specs but since Crane was bought out I cant get to it. It is almost identical to the Comp 275DEH with just a little more duration and lift.

I wish I had written all that down!
