Anyone Use KB109's With Stock Heads

Just wondered if anyone has used the KB 109 popup pistons with stock smog heads. Mine are the 4051 heads, going on a 1972 360 block with stock crank/rods. Thinking of having the heads ported, cleaned up and milled for better springs and adjustable valvetrain. I don't have cash for a $2K set of heads.

Do you mean KB190 pistons ? I am running them with 308 heads on my 360 in drag car.

kb191 which has a larger dome then the 190...used them on a set of highly milled J heads..

kb191....with dome...and heads cut to 61 cc....that baby had some compression..
