HELP...Driveshaft/Universal Joint dust/expansion cover needed!

I've been looking EVERYWHERE for this cover.

The Parts Manual lists the part as a "Cover Package" with a code of 16-07-4. This cross-references to a part under the "Universal Joint Cover" as "Cover Package, Dust" with a part number of 1603 397. I have the old clamps, but I wouldn't say no to new ones. :)

I have been scouring the internet looking for this @#$*& cover, but I have not been able to find it anywhere.

If anyone knows where I can get one, the info would be greatly appreciated.

What is another. Name for the part? I do not recognize that ame.

No...this is the boot on the driveshaft on the transmission end. While it is called the universal joint cover, it doesn't actually cover the u-joint.

This link is from a '61 Parts Manual, but the part is the same. The "Cover Package" is in the bottom picture.

Thats interesting other then the parts manual coming up theres no info about it is this gonna be one of those pats time forgot about

Sounds like the same difference. Got a NOS package packed away somewhere in my parts building
