Shock Plates

Are all shock plates the same for A,B,C, body vehicles with 8.25 or 8.75 rear ends. I picked up a 8.25 for my wagon and need to buy some new plates and everyone states they are for all vehicles. Thanks for the help. Jayson

Yea, you can use them. It's the smallest rear, the 7-1/4 that has smaller parts.

some have lower shock mounts than others,i had some off a c body or a wagon some years ago and the shock mounts hung down maybe 2" further that regular a and b bodies...
