Looking and thinking more about it, I am assuming the wire is grounded from the tank to the frame.

The tanks needs to be grounded to the frame.
Plus the fuel, tools and supplies weight... so less, yeah? 120 - 130 for planning purposes
Got another happy customer with his new chin spoiler today. The guy figured out how to install it without my help. Good to see some educated people that know how to do something without reading the directions.

You probably know there is a gasket under the pick up unit so even if you drill a hole in the edge of the gas tank getting a good ground is unlikey that is why I put it right on the pick up unit.Thank you Sir
Yes Sir, I put the gasket on................I will make something like you did, what gauge wire is sufficient?
