I have a 360CI out of a 73 Dodge Motorhome. It is a 2 BBL setup. I have installed an Edelbrock Air Gap 4 BBL Intake Manifold. Now, What CFM Carburator should I go with? Im not too concerned with MPG just want good response and performance.

cant really go wrong with a Holley or Edelbrock 650.

If everything else is stock to the max of mild modification (small cam included in that)
A 650 cfm carb. A Thunder AVS is IMO an excellent choice for a daily driver to mildly built engines for being dead reliable, easy to tune and constant repeatable performance.
Same size for a Holley if you like them better.
Regardless, at this cfm range, you will have a snappy throttle and have the ability for decent mileage if you tune it well.

If you decide to step up the program later, IE; Headers, ilarger cam, more compression, ported heads, a 750 will work excellent.

I am likin everything I am readin about the new Demon 625.
