This car went through ebay last week with a winning bidder from Australia. The guy vanished and so I'm going through the proper procedure to close that auction. The car will be relisted after this Thursday. Asking price $14000.00
ZIP Code 32927

1962 Bel Air 2 door post. If you've been looking for one to restore to it's full glory this is it. Before I bought this car I took a very experienced paint and body man with me to check it out. He said it was one of the nicest, straightest, virtually rust free, 62's he's looked at. I bought this with the thought of a Resto-Mod in mind(picture Below no hood) but plans changed to another project.

The Car boasts a ground pounding 454 engine with a 4 speed manual transmission. All new components in engine and transmission(T10 4 speed Aluminum Borg-Warner) with Scatter shield.

In addition, it features manual front disk brake conversion, Power steering, and new Magnaflow exhaust. The car spent mostly all of its life in California and is virtually rust free with all the original sheet metal. The black paint looks original with normal wear for its age(scratches, scuffs, stone chips) The car needs paint. Doors open and close perfect and easy. Windows work, new Calipers/Brakes. Moulding is intact with a few dings. The car is accented by its exceptional original interior with normal wear for its age. This is your chance to own a true muscle car classic at an affordable price. A cool car just the way it is, take it to shows or just drive it and enjoy it before you restore it. If you have any questions, feel free to Post reply or PM me. Thanks, Christopher(MMG)

The car I had when I got married. 1962 Impala SS 409 4 speed 2D hardtop. Red bucket seat console interior and tri-power. Gosh I miss that car. The one you have for sale is VERY! tempting:tongue8:

I admit that I have a soft spot for the 61-62' BelAir - bubble tops. I opened this right up forgetting they made a post car too (uggg :(). One day I will have a nice 62 BelAir - bubble top, 409, 4spd. - I hope.

Congrats MMG someone got a smokin deal.

Yeah, They got a deal because I really got a deal when I bought it:D It was a cool car and it was fun to drive. I've sold 4 of my cars now and I'm looking to buy a really nice, Clean Mopar. I'm looking for a Demon 340 or convertible Belvedere II. In addition, a really nice hemi dart would be nice too. PM me.
