carb spacers for 416

just get one of the new 850 Holley Ultra carbs no. HLY-0-80804RD for this combo:
dodge 360 060 over
4" crankshaft
Icon 744 flat pistons
Comp Cams 242/248@050, 549/544 lift
Ported Eddy heads
Rpm airgap port matched
150hp nitrous
904 with trans pak
3000 stall torque converter
9" rearend with 4.56 gears
28X9X15 drag radials
front skinnies
Caltracs
The car is a '74 Duster street trim
for street & strip usage
I have two spacers: one 1/2 inch open and one 1 inch 4 hole
Wich one is better to use?

1in open works best with Dual plane is what I read. But I have a 2in HVH Supersucker that I want to try and see what it does. SO for now run the 1/2in open for best.

a 2 inch picked my 416 up a fair bit and improved idol

we tried a 1 inch open mr gasket spacer, a 2 inch edelbrock aluminum spacer on our 416 with an edelbrock airgap and the dyno figures did not change much at all, im thinking the air gaps do not react well the spacers, i would go with open if you have it already

Use the open spacer. And put it under the nitrous plate to move the spray bar away from the plenum divider.
